Parts 1 & 3 were the best

I never quite understood the hype for John Wick.

First one was good

2 & 3 had a straight to VHS vibes to them.

the first 30 mins are slow

4’s pacing isn’t as good as its predecessors

I didn’t like how the Donnie Yen character was shoehorned into 4 for a potential continuation of films in the Wick universe

Great flick, like always nonstop action. Worth the money and will see the next one.

Easily one of the most overrated franchises ever. The first was decent, two was a headache inducing mess and the rest were that awful cyberpunk that looks cool but ultimately empty and without any emotional depth - **** Commando 1985 had more soul and was way more interesting with its plot and action scenes . Only reason JW is popular because of the lack of good action movies and the awful state of Hollywood with its sissy male leads. If this was the 90s/2000s JW wouldn't be ****.
