I did something similar, I bought a 150k small ass condo to avoid 1 hour commute from my house I own out in the suburbs. I feel much better, I get more sleep I feel less anger and my headaches have gone away.

After covid many people did not go back to work and they love it.

Find a way out, so much of your stress and anxiety and anger would vanish like a flip of a light switch.

I have visited restaurants that have a 1 or more hour waiting time and I walk straight out. No way will I wait for food that I am purchasing. If I have to wait it better be free.
