So what is the West gonna do about it?
The freezing of assets and sanctioning of Russian Oligarch's assets in the UK is laughable to me. As If we arent aware Russians have been laundering money in London for 2 generations and then Russia invades Ukraine and they dig out a list 30 names long.
Pure lip service.
UK needs to shut the f.uck up and know our role. We've pandered to everyone for far too long to be a legitimate voice at the top table of global foreign affairs.
Banning Russian oligarchs kids from attending posho schools is just about the only thing we can do.
As if soft power hasn't been accumulated that way. We all know a hack journalist with goggle and a list of Eton and Harrow admissions could find us a bunch of Russian Tory donors.
Just go after Roman Abramovich. He's not even that rich but the gammons will know who he is.
Prayers with the Ukraine people. I hope our Americans cousins can help you, or Nato. Because we arent gonna do ****. We'll probably try our best to turn away your refugees as well.
