If Ukrainians were as terrorized by the Nazis they surely would have fled to country that is freeing them, that's the point I was making.

The reaction of Ukrainians to this invasion doesn't support Russia's notion about why they started this war.

They terrorized "traitors." So, Russians, Russian speakers, Orthodox believers, Pro-Russian or Putin apologists, as well as - during times of escalated violence - whole towns or villages that are known to be pro Russian.

This is just semantics: people are referring to Donbas as if it's Ukraine. Donbas is separate but the Kiev government wants to rule it (it's the most productive region) while also treating them as enemies of the state. For instance, some 400 people have been arrested by the army for pro Russian social media activity. Extreme totalitarianism.

US could have had Russia help maintain a balance of power with China. Instead the west pushed Russia towards China.

US wanted to sell as many weapons as possible and kept expanding NATO

      so Putin struck first

Putin gave warnings about NATO expansion all the way back in 2007

shame conducting a special military operation didn't start right on biden's inauguration day. Putin's invasion eradicated covid from the weak minded

China economic might makes it the biggest threat. China is now looking to expand its gang BRICS.

Can loaded with debt America handle China & Russia simultaneously?
Wow, I didn't expect anyone in this thread to have those sorts of insights.

I can't believe people are still repeating "peaceful sovereign, democratic" etc, very disengenuous. But I think you have to be to support the Anglo-American form of empire.

Lets see how the surrender of Ukraine's fiercest fighters affects overall morale. I expect morale to basically collapse soon. They probably expected actual direct NATO support at the beginning, but all they got was autistic gamers and pedo's from US & UK.

Well Polish people are of course one of the most deviant people on earth. The only good thing they produce is attractive women (horny for Serbian studs) and those weird big pickles. And literally every food is unpronounceable.

Doubtless you will find the hand of the US it's agencies or proxies deeply involved in much of the global conflict and strife of the last 80 years but I'm not sure what definition of 'Liberals' you're using in your opening declaration - US hegemonisation policy has cut completely across the US partisan divide and has continued, - with few pauses - irrespective of the political platforms or stated beliefs of the incumbent POTUS or dominant party.

It's a catch-all for power manifested as empire in the forms of British then American Empire, with a technocratic but also occult intellectual support structure. I could also call it the NWO. These people are aliens. They are anomalies. Their authority is totally baseless.

In part I use the term Liberal just to irritate people. I know what it used to mean. I also know how the thing evolved into this diabolical techno-psychopathic monstrosity that it is today. Also, as far as USA goes, I think it's as bad as the worst, but not necessarily the worst, of empires. This thread is highly polemical, with a lot of trolling.

Anyway, "liberalism" is just the presently chosen, official state ideology of the occult and technocratic elite in their top-down dealings with mankind. Which concept (mankind) is as alien to them as space travel is to a tortoise. Liberalism, and all the other token ideologies of the NWO are alien impositions on top of broken, spiritually dissolute man, in place of natural law, or the will of God.

OK... so kinda your own definition of 'liberalism' then. A kinda catch all for everything wrong with the world. I've no objection to folk using terms in any way they please, but I tend to use words pretty specifically and with a degree of precison - they're the only means we got of conveying the meanings going on in our minds to the minds of others after all, so it's kinda incumbent upon us to make sure we're using em the same way. Thanks for the claification though.
