What I can’t wait to see is if all these woke corporations will come with the same energy when China invades Taiwan. Companies like Coke, McDonalds, Starbucks, Hollywood, NBA, are so heavily invested in China. Will they put their money where their mouth is and pull out of China? Will Biden put sanctions on China knowing they have us by the balls? We get 90% of our medications from China, what happens when that comes to a screeching halt?

My guess they will symbolically pull out for a period and then jump right back in after some concessions are made, which is what I expect to happen with Russia. At some point when Russia gets what they want...the west will spin it and claim victory and make nice again, and it will be business as usual because these sanctions are going to hurt the US and the west more than Russia. Russia is already now making a deal for discounted oil with India and China, and will still make more money than it had before, while the price at the pump of the sanctioning countries is creating and will continue to create hardships in a whole multitude of ways.

Venezuela and Iran have their own oil reserves, why would they buy from Russia something they themselves sell?

Syria or Iraq might buy form them, but they won't buy as much as Europe. Even China is not buying from Russia as much as Europe.

Putin miscalculated and he now is starting to realize that.
