A prisoner was 'covered in filth and barking like a dog' after 600 days of solitary confinement in a Virginia jail

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/prisoner-...092700363.html

If a person feel they MUST break the law, find a country where their prisons are like summer camps.

Of course a felons family will be upset. How about the victims ?!?!?!?

    Depends the crime they committed.

    Drugs? Prostitution? Nah.

    Murder? Scammer? Rapist? Yes

Yeah, I don’t really care what they did. It’s not supposed to work that way.

        Home invasion

Sometimes the punishment has to exceed the crime.
I highly doubt they were going to eventually change their ways on their own.

No one has to break the law.

Def not every crime but those that involve weapons or places the victims in distress....fu ck them. Stop breaking the law and you won't have to be subjected to even 1 day in a dark room.

People, on their own, make life so much harder than it should be.

I've read a lot of crime stories here.....consideration for the victims is never mentioned. Only how the bad guy should be shown sympathy.

Some people can only dream of becoming and an animal and he actually pulled it off. There are folks who are jealous.

Alot of law's are unjust, you have every natural right to choose to take whatever drugs you like though it's not advisable and then we should provide help if it becomes a problem.

Unfortunately, one's drug habit becomes other people's problems. Someone has to sell them. That leads to ''turf'' wars and the many innocent vics caught in the crossfire. Not to mention the families ruined by their loved ones addiction. Drugs also lead to the destruction of neighborhoods.

It's nice to think most drug users are happy, fully functioning party people but that's not the case.

I would a horrible politician. Fu ck helping a MFer who CHOSE to ruin the only life they have.

                  You're an adult
You knew the harm drugs will do
                  Yet you did it.

                  Strung out ?
                  Too bad.

                  Let's be honest

Most people start doing drugs because they want to be cool and fit in. Just like smokers.

It's a lazy attitude to not help people just because their predicament is their own fault but it seems that is how alot of people walk away guilt free not doing it.

I remember helping this guy get home when he got kicked out if a rehab house, his fault? Yes but didn't wanna just leave him stranded in a city he was unfamiliar.

This particular issue shouldn't be a lock them up one and just because you found yourself locked up doesn't mean you did anything wrong, you just broke a rule that some authority came up with, most people don't even want said authority to have that power.
