In this case you're 100% right.. She's already been charged right? She'll go through due process. And based on what happen, probably convicted.

Anyone who thinks this has anything to due with race or that this happens often in policing is a clown. None of my kids or my fighters would ever act like this with a police officer.

Mistake!? Some of you are dumb as hell. A taser feels, looks, and weighs different than a gun. Only a moron thinks she just made a fatal mistake. That dumb ***** probably got her job through affirmative action and wasn't actually qualified. She should've never been a police officer. That idiot should have complied but nobody needs executed by some idiot cop when they are not an immediate threat to them. I hope she rots in hell along with all that think she just made a mistake and deserves no jail time. She wrongfully took a life and deserves punishment. Manslaughter is not cool when a civilian does it and it shouldn't be allowed just because you have a police badge.

You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe that in this day and time you have cops going to work and literally planning on killing a black person.

Have you fools not noticed that these cops involved in these shootings always get publicly outed and harrassed, their lives are turned upside-down, they often lose their jobs, and we're seeing alot of them facing serious charges and even getting prison time?

Do you morons really think cops are actually hoping and wanting to go through all that????

She took a life. That can't be corrected. Your cop bias is showing.

I think the cop deserves jail time but this guy appears to be scum of the Earth. Apparently he and a friend entered 2 women's apartment and refused to leave. So the women instead of calling the cops let them sleep it off in their living room. In the morning Duane Wright instead showing gratitude saw an exchange of rent money between the women and pulled out his gun and pointed at one of the women and demanded the money, $820 to be exact. When the woman refused because she couldn't believe they were being robbed after letting this scumbag and his friend stay the night, homeboy started choking her out trying to get the money but she screamed and he fled before he could get the cash. The woman called the cops. It's unclear how they managed to catch him but he was arrested in 2019 as an adult.

He was only 18 at the time and could have changed his life around but let's be honest. That probably wasn't going to happen.

Is this true? Anyone have a source
courts decide that....it has 0 to do with the cop making a horrible decision
