You live in Nevada as well as San Francisco, California? Is it true about casinos and the Vegas strip being empty for months during the early part of the pandemic? I heard the same thing about NYC, even Times Square. Never thought I'd hear about that happening in such busy places like that.

I don't know about Vegas, or Reno, but in Winnemucca things were pretty normal. The Casinos did not seem affected, aside from people smoking while wearing a mask on and off lol.

I did notice my friend and mentor down here had a gun on his dash. Turns out in this area at least? You can carry anywhere unconcealed. Just lay that baby on the dash next to the FRappichino!

That's another change that sucks. And only us old folks still call them emoticons. I think the kids are calling them emojis now. Most of these changes anger me or as Comic Book Guy once said on The Simpsons "There is no emoticon for what I am FEELING!" lol

Newsom with the help of London Breed and San Francisco cultural grass roots organizations are presenting a bill where young men would have their p e ni ses removed. Members of the queer cultural alliance were quoted as saying "It is offensive and triggering to many queer individuals for men to walk around with these organs." The group, with the support of the mayor and Newsom, suggest that men are part of a culture of repression and need to make amends for this by being less of a threat to groups marginalized by the thought of a P en is hanging in a man's pants.

Many other activists see this as a watershed moment where the disenfranchised will finally get a chance to compete in the privaleged world of male Hegemony. Males would be encouraged to get the surgery initially, with plans, later down the line to perhaps make the request mandatory.
