  • Circuit training and nutrition

I'm looking for a good circuit training routing to do with weights in the gym, if anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome.

Also, what should my nutrition look like if i'm running 3-5 miles 3 days a week and doing heavy boxing routines like heavy bag work 4 days a week? i dont wanna gain any fat and dont mind if i'm not big like a bodybuilder.

    Thanks,
    newbie

Everyone has their own workouts. you can get some good ideas though from sites like www.rossboxing.com and www.bodybuilding.com
Bodybuilding has some really good articles and rossboxing has great workouts.

Dan Henderson, the MMA guy, swears by circuit training. He does as many reps as he can at a fairly low weight and takes 30 seconds between each station. If you are young, you should run a few miles easy every day. Use the double-end bag after the heavy bag workout to loosen up.....
