Pretty straight forward, if you purchased, how much did you purchase your home for and what is your mortgage per month payment..... Or if you Rent what do you have to pay a month in rent. Please include the area IE state or city you are living in.

I bought my house four years ago at 83,000 and am renovating it. Currently it’s worth about $250,000 and my mortgage is about 100k with me paying $420 biweekly.

Gave my gran money to buy an old council house around 15 years ago..... at a 65% discount. Paid £18,000 for it...... renovated it over the years, even rented it out at one point when I was living with an ex girlfriend for 4 years...... since moving in 7 years ago I've done it up.

It's worth about £110,000 now..... just a 1 bedroom bungalow but got a big garden...... happy with this as I'm single and don't need any more really.
