Great fight. Will be interesting to see how Ramirez does with Postol's jab.

This has been a long wait, over a year since the 140 champ unified the crown. Meanwhile that pretender Josh Taylor has been getting mad hyped all the way up to the top five in the P4P, despite his trash defense and close calls.

These writers owe Ramirez some respect, but Jose is going to take it by force.

You better show Jose how to slip that jab when you're at the Garcia gym.

Tony Luis is a good, action fighter....kind of small but comes in with a 10-fight winning streak.

I'm seriously starting to think TR has no faith in Barboza Jr. Almost 29 years old with 23 fights and no title fight. ESPN + for Ramirez and Postol. Ouch!

I wouldn't worry about strategy for Josh Taylor. I dont even think Jose Ramirez has to train for Taylor, all Jose needs is to watch his diet and some light-cardio to make the weight.

I feel confident that the 'Tart-Tomato' does not go the distance with Jose, in a fair fight.

Yeah I agree with you not a lot of power but throws a lot of punches and is actually a good fighter this should be a good test for Barboza and actually an entertaining fight on paper.

For the guy saying that Barboza hasn't got a title shot you do release that Jose Ramirez and Josh Taylor are the only 2 true champions at 140 at the moment right and that fight is on a collision course so Barboza is not going to get a title shot not that he is even ready he barely started picking up his level of competition in 2018 once Jose moves up to 140 im sure TR has him in line already.

I'm not sure he wins a title but he is still 28 and hasn't looked bad in his recent fights seems to have a good chin too could be cause he is a 200 lber cutting down to 140 lol id like to see him vs Pedraza or Zepeda if he can get past Luis.

I like Ramirez but he hasn't fought anyone close to Taylor and it will show. Jose is a tough guy but he gets hit way too much and his body is wide open.
