  • Keto & Cardio?

    Anybody try this combination for weight loss in general?

    Been on Keto almost two weeks and I’m down 6 lbs. haven’t really been working out either, just a run here and there.

    Yes, it works. Fasting will get you into ketosis as well. Fasted exercise +keto will drop pounds quick

        This will work. Your diet helps just as much as exercise does. After switching to one meal a day and lots of water, I personally feel better in every way. Strength, mood, stamina, better focus, etc.

          Yeah I've done it before. I already lose weight easily but it flies off when doing Keto. I usually don't change anything as far as working out. Still do 5K runs like 3 times a week and continue the same weight lifting regimen. Had a guy I worked with that just did Keto and ran and he lost over 30 pounds within 2 months
