But I see no real power on the bag, not like a true power puncher, you dont have to be very powerful to be a stunning KO machine.


When it comes to speed all the power you do have gets delivered without them taking the edge off it. Its efficiently delivered even though its less. Also you can wind up more throw with full torque on usually slow punches like the rear hook
