Good for the chief. You can't kidnap law abiding citizens off the street and jail them because you don't like their attitude. If you're an officer and can't do your job without violating the Constitution you need another job.

And the good cop who tried to deescalate the situation was told to leave the scene and don't come back.

Nice to see some cops getting in trouble for some of the numerous bs stunts they pull.

I'd rather see people like this guy fired & imprisoned themselves than suspended doe, but I suppose the suspended part is just a legal requirement at this point by the police of an employee.

Also funny to see this piece of sh^t tell the guy "you don't know how to act" & he's the one being criminally charged now for how he acted in their incident with each other.
