  • Hearn is ruining AJ's chance to salvage his career

Why on earth would you accept an immediate rematch after a surgical beat-down like that. Instead of fighting a couple soft touches to work on some adjustments (Stamina, defense, foot work, etc) and come back stronger Hearn is throwing AJ back into the lion's den. AJ gets slept this time, or suffers another brutal calculated ass whipping from the mexican warrior. the psychological damage has been done, Ruiz took Joshuas soul. Ruiz will have all the confidence come fight night.

We won't know until it's over but I think it's safe to say that it's either the BEST way to save his career or the WORST. It all depends on the result.
      It's definitely a gamble that he's taking.

if Joshua couldn't handle the pressure of fighting in the USA and a potential Wilder showdown, how will he even be able to handle the massive amount of pressure in the rematch? Hearn is shouting it's a "do or die" match for Joshua all over media. I would not be surprised if Joshua pulls an Oliver McCall and have a mental breakdown in the middle of the fight.
