Cosby SHOULDN'T be in jail and neither should Scott Peterson (which is why he isn't dead yet) There's just no point anymore.

Someone can just show up 30 years later, claim something with no proof, never went to the doctor, never went to the cops, but when the tears start rolling, all of sudden they're right and logic is out the window.
