he goes on to say that if hearn wants to make the fight, they should stop making offers and "ask what we want".

So they feel they overpaid fury... but he brought arguably the same financial incentives to the fight.
they admit they under estimated him and didnt anticipate how good he was, also verbally acknowledging they took the fight because they felt theyd win it.
now they want joshua to overpay? just........ wtf?
the end of it all is this.. if wilder vs x opponent does 500k, but wilder vs joshua does double or more than that/ then who exactly out of the two is bringing the majoriuty of the pot? whether that be 80% or 70% or 60% to the pot?
just take the 40% + 15 million guarantee.
take the 70/30 rematch split if you lose. 50/50 if you win, its a ****ing industry standard for gods sake.
youve even had it confirmed theyre willing to do the first fight in the US, and that joshua doesnt have to fight on DAZN providing the numbers showtime come up with are higher than what DAZN could provide on their first and last proviso with AJ.
Both finkel and arum need to take a running jump... ****ing shekel monsters

They want 50/50 and frankly how desperate and pathetic eddies coming across they'll probably get it. Imagine how Eddie Hearn will be gagging for Haymons **** if Wilder delays this fight another year lol, ****, another 2 years and Hearn will probably be offering Wilder 60/40 in Wilders favour. Finkle is right, Hearn needs to stop sending offers, everytime they turn around you're offering a new improved offer why would they take it? Because of Hearns silver spoon upbringing he doesn't understand no and doesn't care enough about being mugged off. 40% is the greatest offer a weak b side like Wilder has ever been offered in the history of the sport. Leave it at that, should be telling man take it or leave it you will never get more than 40 instead his dad is talking about 50/50 in 2020 and he's saying 40%...but potentially more. **** off you mug. I'm a Wilder hater but Hearns lack of street smarts are holding up the fight too, Haymon has this mug on strings despite Eddie holding all the cards.Last edited by CharlieStewart; 03-04-2019, 01:35 PM.

Deontay, with little amateur background, and limited technical skill, was navigated to the WBC heavyweight title. He's made tens of millions of dollars despite heavyweight boxing being pretty much dead in the US before Deontay came along.
People forget just how bad it was here. Byrd, Oquendo, Rahman, Briggs had basically killed US heavyweight boxing. Rahman vs Maskaev did less than 60,000 buys on PPV.
So that is the landscape Wilder inherited. For Finkel to manage to rebuild heavyweight boxing in this country to the point where Wilder and Fury, two non-PPV fighters managed to do 325,000 US buys at $75 is incredible. Say whatever you want about Finkel, but he's very good at his job.
And those of you who criticized Wilder for turning down 12.5 million, if Wilder gets through Breazeale, Hearn will likely offer 25 or 30 million for an undisputed fight. So Wilder would have been a fool to take the 12.5, even though a ton of you were hammering him for turning it down.
Finkel is very good at his job. Hearn is very good at his job. Let them do their jobs.

I like how Shirley Wrinkles Winkle hints that he feels the ref should of stopped the Fury fight because he worried about his Health, not a single mention of the fact that not only was his health at any extra risk but he was the better and fitter and sharper fighter for the rest of either round he was knocked down in.
Ive not even got to the part about Joshua yet.
