6: Spence
A lot of p4p rankings are subjective by nature. The "eye test" seems to count more than anything else. But elite fighters often pass the eye test with flying colors against weak opposition and look not so invincible against better competition.
This list isn't about who one thinks is the best, but who has the best resume. Other than these six, it is hard to find anyone who has a resume that deserves to put him on a p4p list.
Who else deserves on this list based on their resume alone? (A decision and a ko count for the same.)
