  • Betting odds heavy on Loma in some circles

Disclaimer: I think Loma beats Rigo.

But I'm curious why there's such a strong confidence that Loma wins easily? It's not going to be an easy fight for him. The most experienced fighter he fought was Salido - and we saw what happened there.

Is it Rigo's age? He still looks look sharp to me even at advanced age.

lame people here are betting on loma being bigger and the weight advantage..but rigo's boxing is a thing of beauty...others say he has not fought anybody credible who can he fight when everyone keeps ducking him...

Bigger, younger, fresher and he has been much more active so he should be sharper and in better fighting condition to go a hard 12. Plus Ringondeaux is the guy that tends to have lapses and get caught.

Both are technical boxers so it is hard to determine how that goes but when two guys are going to fight a similar way what is going to separate them. Most of the things that separate them that are easy to determine go the way of Lomachenko.

Even if those advantages turn out to be small factors if a guy has advantages across the board those things add up.
