Will Canelo vs GGG be a war or a boxing match?

Will they fight toe to toe? Will GGG be content to jab his way to victory, and if he does, will Canelo risk getting KO'd if he gets down on points?

I don't think Canelo is a bigger puncher than Jacobs or Lemieux, but he is a better boxer with some decent speed and power, so it's safe to assume he'll land more on GGG, thus forcing GGG to respond... So even if Canelo isn't as dangerous a puncher as the previous two fighters, his ability to land more on GGG might mean that we have a greater chance of a war breaking out... And supposing Canelo's chin holds up, we could have a long war...

I dread, however, GGG just jabbng his way to victory.

whichever way golovkin wants. hes a better boxer, and i genuinely cant see how anyone could beat ggg in a war with his chin, power and stamina. i'd imagine he will pay canelo respect though and work behind his jab.

Probably depends when it happens. I'm not at all confident it happens this year. And who knows how slowed down GGG will be a year or year & a half from now. Right now I think its more war than boxing match. Mainly I think it'll be competitive regardless of how the fight goes down.

yeah i know you lot are desperate to try and trip me up. ive put many comments saying canelo is overrated (not just one in the heat of the moment like with a certain other fighter) and if that fight gets made i will be saying the same thing over and over again.
