  • tips to make sure the arms/legs stay behind the body when punching?

    I think I have a tendency to throw my leg or arm into the strike with my hips, rather throwing my entire body weight, some of it gets in there but not enough.

    I can solve it myself so no urgency, but tips would be cool.

    For round kicks and boxing punches

    should I actively delay my arm/leg?

    It feels like im only using my hip (might not be) and it feels like the leg or arm connects after the hip but before the bodyweight has caught up making it lighter than it should be

      I think I know what im doing, im messing up the sequence doing it all at once rather than having the full kinetic linking
