  • Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko Out Of December 10 Fight With Injury

Wladimir Klitschko will not fight again this year. The former heavyweight world champion was set to box on December 10, either in Germany or England, depending on a ruling from the WBA. Klitschko (64-4, 53 KOs) was waiting on a decision from the Panama-based Boxing Association regarding his next move.

This totally sucks... Heavyweight division in such disarray

Remember a year ago when fury beat Klitchko and we thought we were about to enter a golden age of heavyweight boxing with fury, wlad, joshua, wilder, ortiz, pulev, Povetkin, returning david haye...
But this is what is wrong with boxing and killing the sport... A year has passed and none of the top guys had major fights

Not really surprising, years of steroid abuse is finally catching up with him. I wouldn't be surprised to see something very similar happen to Pacquiao.

          What a ****.

Browne probably asking to be paid a normal purse/not have his hands tied behind his back and Klitschko couldnt handle it.

I wonder if the WBA will order Browne to fight Oquendo to try and get that out of the way and perhaps make Klitschko the mandatory defense for the winner. Still not sure how Ustinov and Ortiz are going to play into this situation, just a jumbled mess right now.
