  • could andre ward be the next adrien broner?

Im going to get slated for this and called a troll but have a think about it and try and remember how highly rated broner was at one point.
Broner was considered the next great american, future P4P king and was undefeated because he was fighting people smaller than him. When he moved up and started fighting people his own size, he struggled to say the least.
Andre ward was a light heavyweight as a young amateur. People usually go up in weight after the amateurs as they naturally grow, ward has gone down, At supermiddleweight, ward was able to bully opponents, Carl 'Cobra' Froch even commented on how physically strong ward was.
Only now is ward fighting at his natural weight class, which is light heavyweight. Although ward is pretty sizeable at the weight, he cant really push people about who are smaller than him (although he has tried his best to fight smaller men even at his new weight- alexander brand and paul smith who are super middleweights). So my question is, now andre ward is fighting people his own size, is he going to start struggling?

Broner actually struggled against that midget ponce de Leon and arguably lost to him...

          Ward never struggled with anybody...

are you purposely challenging jubei and maxi for dumbest poster award?

even if ward gets Ko vs kov hes still much better than broner

what you are all forgetting is how highly broner was thought of. Its easy in hindsight to say, oh yeah broners ****, wards miles better. If the guy stayed around lightweight beating people smaller than him, he would quite probaby be undefeated and very high up in p4p rankings.

Lol, beat me to it. I'm like, damn, the competition for troll of the year getting pretty heated. Maxi started 2016 strong but has faded steeply in the past month while Jubei was making up for lost time. This guy is a definite dark horse. Started off his NSB career pretty innocuously and is now doubling down. They grow up so fast...

Due to your inability to view anything related to Andre Ward with even a minute sliver of objectivity, your OPINION here means less than nothing
