  • Drop your daily Meal plan, what you eat on a typical day

    Im trying to clean up my diet and this is what I used to eat on a typical day, and what I eat now:


    My old Diet:

    Breakfast:

    Either some waffles with syrup, a glass of juice, and a candy bar and a bag of chips and depending on if I have time some scrambled eggs, and some bacon.

    and one multivitamin for health

    snack:
    A candy bar, some doritos, a muffin, and some nuts like salted almonds.

    Lunch:
    Whatever Fastfood coupon I had, usually McDonalds, or Taco bell or Panda express chinese food. But most of the time it was Sushi fresh tuna rolls, or a fried salmon plate with california rolls.

    With a large cup of root beer or dr pepper soda

    Snack:
    Some trail mix, some starburst or skittles

    Dinner:

    Sometimes Id grab a pizza meal at this pizza place next to me. Or some more fast food special usually a burger.

    with a can of cold soda

    If I got hungry at night my snack would be some hot chocolate with a cinnabun warmed in the microwave or some brownies or cookie whatever desert I had in the fridge, my favorite was Cheesecake.


    This is what my diet is like now:

    I warm up some water put a clove of ginger in after I peeled it, let it boil for a good 30 40 minutes

    Pour it in a tall glass squeeze some lemon in it stir let it cool down

    I make some eggs omelette

    I eat a banana, an apple, and an avocado. (sometimes I mix it up and depending on what fruit I get it could be a pear, could be some papaya, mango, etc.)

    Ill half a small bowl of Quinoa with some fresh cut strawberries and blue berries mixed in it as well and wash it down with the warm ginger water.

    After I eat that Ill take a dump and take a shower and go to work.

    For Lunch, I eat some boiled chicken shredded up and add BBQ sauce to it, I put some wild rice, and some steam broccoli and pack that in my lunch cooler and eat that during my break.

    I usually snack on carrots and some roasted unsalted almonds, pistachios lightly salted in the shell and some Cashews.

    My dinner is usually Salmon baked with dill on top or Steak or Beef stew, with no rice, mainly veggies and some bake potato, Ill drink some more warm lemon ginger water just heat it up in the tea pot that I had made in the morning.


    When I changed my diet after a few weeks I noticed I no longer had constipation, and wasn't having difficulty taking a dump, my midsection was going away I was skinny fat and had a gut, I was taking regular dumps every morning right after breakfast now.

    My skin stopped breaking out for some reason when I started eating clean, but after a week it became clean its still slightly oily, but I no longer get zits. my face fat is going away, and my libido went up I am getting morning wood again and im no longer angry, I used to get so irritable when driving to work and little things would piss me off easy.

    I do believe the saying you are what you eat, when you consume garbage and processed unhealthy crap you act like it, and get moody, but when you start eating healthy and clean foods none of that canned stuff or foods with lots of junk and preservatives your mindset is fresher and more calm.

    Ive been on this diet for a few months now, and im now getting back into lifting weights after a long ass layoff.

    I don't drink Soda or Coffee anymore, I don't eat ice cream or candy, the most cheat food 'I splurge on is usually pizza or some chips.

      BREAKFEST
      Wake up go to the kitchen grab a water bottle take a gulp then grab my ocean spray concentrate and top off the water bottle, shake it around and go outside and chill on my front yard and finish my drink.

      LUNCH (4pm ish)
      2 chicken breast, french fries, corn, alvocado, beans, rice, drink my 1 part juice 4 parts water mix and that is somthing like that is my typical lunch

      Dinner
      50gram protien shake pretty much.

      and thats my daily routine nto really by plan but by years and years of just naturally evolving and just my eating style.

            LOL, not really I have a fast metabolism, Im skinny fat, I had a pudgy face, and a gut. I looked and felt like crap though.

            Ive been on my new diet for a month and half, the first few days were hell, junk food is like a drug, your stomach starts growling and craving it big time.

            after you get passed that its okay, one thing I cant eat is Salad, even when I order a chicken salad I just eat the chicken and try to force myself to eat the raw tomatoes and lettuce, I only like steamed veggies like green beans, brocoli, and brussell sprouts and asparagus, I cant stand lettuce for some reason.

            I haven't really started hitting the gym much, Im starting next week though got a membership.

              When I lost weight

              Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with half cup of milk
              Snack: Granola bar or anything with about 140 calories or less
              Lunch: Subway, 6 inch
              Snack: Granola bar, etc
              Dinner: Those low calorie steamer dinners
              Snack: Granola bar, etc

              Now:

              Breakfast: Cereal
              Snack: None
              Lunch: Fast food
              Snack: Usually a giant smoothie
              Dinner: Whatever is made
              Snack: Cookies, milk, chocolate, ice cream, etc.

                re consiptation - do any if you lads use a step and go to shite? Or just use a step.

                Been doing it for a while having some world class shits. Those things are flying out with virtually zero involvement from me. Sweet gravity.



                Really cleared up my IBS. The way we crap in the west in linked to all sort of bad stuff: colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, crohn's disease, celiac disease. Makes sense since the way we sit normally on the crapper puts all kinds of strain on **** and rectal veins and puts a massive kink in our rectum. Need to squat.

                Crazy that we don't even crap correctly.

                    Been eating healthy to the max lately. I dont eat the exact same thing every day but this is my template.

                    Breakfast: egg, wheat toast, black bean burger

                    Lunch/snacks: pumpkin seeds (bomb), string cheese, bananas, maybe some chicken

                    Dinner: baked chicken or fish, green beans, broccoli, rice

                    I buy the 10lb chicken breast bag at walmart, cook it all up, and have chicken for the week. I am busy as **** in my life now so I have to plan ahead or else I end up at Taco Bell all the damn time.
