Floyd has wicked skills. Bronzer only got part of it right.

indeed.....senior explained this before Floyd fought Maidana

Also Broner doesn't utilize upper body movement enough for it to be as effective as it can be or head movement....he has some of it down pac as far as using it to counter certain shots and throw off parrys and blocks

He may need to put his pride aside and get with the money team....SR or uncle rog will have him on another level.....he is doing well with just mimicking certain aspects but if you're gonna learn something you go to someone who specializes in it

His problem is he has a reactive defense and the shoulder roll is proactive defensive technique....it is used to reserve your stamina, and also to always be in a position to make an opponent pay when they miss

Broner's problem is since he moved up past 135 he doesn't let his hands go enough and just waits for the opponent to stop throwing and reset....imagine if Floyd did that vs Maidana, Hatton, or DLH.....A TRUE SITTING DUCK

Lol thread is funny. All that Floyd fanboys are butt hurt over Broner rightfully shredding Floyd. Now they are trying everything to criticize Broner and show how bad he is. Lol

Very cool video. Thanks for sharing. I study film too. I realized the difference between the cheap knockoff and the real thing After about the fifth round of Mayweather-Maidana 1. Broner's defense isn't terrible but it is vulnerable, yes.

Agreed, Broner is not able to quickly switch from defense to offense, if you pressure him he can't fight going back and has to wait until the reset to get back in an offensive posture. Also IMHO he's never controlled range half as well as Mayweather unless he has the size/reach advantage which is why it became more apparent when he started fighting larger opponents.
