  • Which Boxer's Exercise Routine / Video Would You Be Most Interested In Following?

Which boxer's exercise routine would you most be interested in following in the form of a conventional "exercise video"?

You can obviously view this question in a few different ways, considering various traits of the boxer, such as: personality, stamina, physique, strength, muscularity, mentality.. etc..

Gennady's. I'm a fan of the WIDE thick solid type of frame, square upper body. I don't like the petite type of ripped physique that slims down in the waist area (reverse triangle) like Broner and floyd, it looks very sissy like. I like the square solid type of frame which I pack on myself.

      Yea ^ GGG.

Also, Mike Tyson, David Haye, Amir Khan, Klitschko.

For various reasons: speed, power, explosiveness...

Mikey Bey. I'd like to see how he boils down to 135, enhanced or not.

Hatton, for his stamina, footwork, aggressiveness.

Tyson. His mentality, way of approaching fighting, tought out by Cus.

Marquez, cause his all around great ability and results, technical and physical exellence.

With boxing training, it's all about genetics when it comes to physique. They aren't bodybuilders so they wont care what they look like. Knowing their routine would be usless. On the other hand if you have a similar style to a boxer and want to know what they do to increase speed, power, etc. Then that would be very usefull. I would like to see Marvin Hagler's or Errol Spence Jr's.
