  • Why do Wlad fans seem to dislike Floyd and vice versa?

Both are dominate, and both do what they have to do to win, neither take dumb risk and both are champions and have been for awhile...so explain

Because from what I've seen, KBRO fans will discredit past heavyweights, where the biggest Mayweather fans will admit he would lose some h2h matches.

No one tolerates disrespecting the past greats.

In the ring they both dominate, but outside the ring their personas are different. But besides personality, they have different life stories, nationality, culture, etc.

Floyd makes Wladimir look bad in comparison but Wladimir is actually the best boxer in the world today (meaning he would beat anyone in a boxing match) and gets less credit.

It's a lot easier to get KOed three times when you're a heavyweight than a welterweight. Heavyweights can't move like Welterweights and the Heavyweight division is the hardest weight class to fight in because of the punching power.

I believe alot of it has to do with the lack of respect of the past greats. I have not heard many Mayweather fans dislike or discredit some of the past greats. Saying that Klitchkos fans seems to do it more than any other fan base in the world. They claim it is the lack of what was at a fighters disposal then, but forget to think of putting them back then and see how they work with what they can...
In most views, put the Klitchkos back in the 20's- 60's, just another Carerra, Wilard.

But Klitschko doesn't disrespect the past greats, it's just some of his fans that say that. Unfortunately it's more of a nationalistic and cultural divide going on here. But there are also fans who like both Wlad and Mayweather. And others dislike them both equally for cherry picking.

There is nothing more pussey than liking a boxer because they are nice outside the ring. Unreal biches these days.

                    I don't like Floyd's personality but I think he's a great fighter.
Wlad is a great fighter but also seems like someone I could actually stand being within the vicinity of.

One staple argument can shoot down a lot of the criticism leveled against both - it's not their responsibility to make the fight "close and "exciting", that's the responsibility of the guy who is losing.
