Mike Tyson won the WBC then the WBA his next fight. Then two fights later the IBF. Four fights later he claim the Ring title.

Note: Tyson won the WBC and WBA in back to back title fights twice in his career.

        Probably quite a few examples.

I was just watching his fight with Collazo earlier so it's fresh in my mind. Ricky Hatton beat Kostya Tyszu for his first real world title (IBF) and unified with Carlos Maussa (WBA) in his next fight.
