Any word on who Cotto has picked Canelo/Martinez?

I know it's been in talks over the last few months but I haven't seen anything yet and was wondering if there's been any progress with either fight?

He is going to fight Martinez. Why? Because Cotto fights for legacy and by fighting Martinez, he gets a shot at history. Furthermore, Canelo is younger than Martinez so that fight will be there if Cotto gets past Martinez which I think he will.

He's fighting Martinez in NY. This is Cotto's only real legitimate shot at the middleweight title because once Sergio retires and GGG takes over there is no way in hell Cotto goes near GGG for a shot at the middleweight crown.

Canelo will always be there after the Martinez fight and plus if Canelo fights Molina, wins and picks up his belt that fight is more marketable.

The funny part is that this is the second time Sergio has spoiled a PPV date for Canelo and GBP. The first time was fighting Chavez on 9.15

Negative on that last part Josesito Lopez spoiled the ppv date as well as the tragic accident Williams suffered and the whole Kirkland fiasco.
