  • A Ultra Indepth Analyisis of Chavez vs Randall I

I thought that Randle punched Chavez in his face more times than Chavez punched Randall.

    Good fight................. Rockin'

And Randall STILL almost didn't get that decision. It took Steele taking two points away from Chavez for low blows to give Randall a one point win on one of the judges scorecards to get him that split decision win. It seems judges bent over backwards for Chavez, between this fight and the robbery against Whitaker.

You have to have laced them up to provide inside analysis of this caliber.

How was Chavez' first two blemish in his record against Whitaker and Randall had five of the six judges with two even rounds.

I recall the Associate Press had it 114-111 for Randall with two point deductions from Chavez and the knockdown, that means 6 rounds each.

All 3 judges had two even rounds with scores of 116-111 and 114-113 for Randall and one, 114-113 for Chavez.

I didn't think it was that close. Whitaker was clearly the better man on that night.
