Why is it that when a person makes fun of another's personal flaws (such as those ******s, ****s and with physical defects) he usually gets a pass but when one says negative remarks about a race in a funny way he receives a flak.

We all suffered/got bullied because of personal circumstances/statuses/defects once upon a time in our lives that (unknowingly) affected us but why is it that a personal insult looks ok but not the racism.

I don't think any of that is off limits if it's done in a comedic way. When I watch a comedian, I want to hear everything, and it doesn't bother me.

It's in the context of how you say it. If you are being mean and purposely hurtful, then I'm not down with it. If you are out watching Andrew Dice Clay, then it's hilarious.

Let's face it, racism is funny as ****. I laugh at Mexican jokes all the time, it doesn't offend me.

I am not referring particularly to stan up comedians. I am talking about the dailY way of life. I agree it's in the context. Though most, as I observed, are too sensitive about racism but not about personal insults.

Well that's because if you are being as a$$hole, then you are an a$$hole. When you insult someone's race, your just being a stupid bigot and not taking that persons behavior as an individual.
