If Hendo beat Rampage or Anderson would he be ATG #1?

Say he beat Rampage at UFC 75 or Anderson at UFC 82, and wins a UFC belt, does that make him P4P the greatest MMA fighter ever?

He has A grade wins over prime Shogun, Wandy, Vitor, Big Nog, where all of them besides Vitor are easily top 20 All time greats in my book.

Then he has solid B level wins over Bisping, Franklin, Carlos Newton, Bustamante, Fedor(only because Fedor was coming off of 2 losses), Babalu(twice), Renzo Gracie, Misaki

C level wins over Gono, Chonan, Gilbert Yvel(heavyweight), Ninja Rua, Yuki Kondo, Nakamura, Palhares, Rafael Calvacante

His 2 worst losses are to Jake Shields & Misaki. Other then that he's loss to the who's who of MMA in razor thin losses to Rampage, Rashad Evans and Ricardo Arona. Then more clear losses to Machida, Anderson, Big Nog, Lil Nog, and PRIME PRIME Wandy.

Even without beating Rampage or Anderson I have him at #3. If wins a UFC title could he have a better argument then Fedor or Anderson?

I would still have Fedor ahead if he beat Rampage. Had he beat a prime Silva then I would rank him number 1.

Not if he beat Rampage, yes if he beat Anderson. I have it Anderson>Hendo>Fedor>Nog partially because they beat eachother.

Not by beating Rampage. If he had beat both. I would have him #1.

At that point, if he beat both when they faced off, he'd have been Pride MW and LHW champion and unified with the UFC LHW and MW titles. Being the undisputed champion of the 2 biggest MMA promotions ever.

If I recall correctly, Rampage was LHW champion at the time right? Or was that after the Griffin loss?

It's hard to say how his career would have went from there. But if he had fought Fedor and still beat him in the same fashion after beating both Rampage and Silva. He'd be undisputed GOAT.
