  • The Lakers' 33-game winning streak will never be broken

It's simply too hard for any team in the modern NBA to keep focused for that long night in and night out. If Jordan's Bulls and Lebron's Heat can't do it then no one will.

Chick Hearn can pop a champagne bottle open up in heaven. The streak is safe.

so relieved they didnt break it, it was pathetic that the Media overall didnt even mention how crappy the eastern side is..alot of teams on top of that had some injuries too while the Heat played them,

its still a hell of a streak period,

but as a Lakers fan man im happy they failed to end it

The Harlem Globetrotters beat that years ago. Just ask the Washington Generals

The Spurs probably could've done it last year had it not been for Pop sitting his players. They went on like 3-5 10+ game win streaks last year only to be ended by Pop.

It will eventually be broken though just like every other record in the NBA and sports in general thanks to how fast our technology is developing.
