  • David Haye falls from #3 to #7 heavyweight on BoxRec

The BoxRec computer has dropped Haye from #3 heavyweight to #7.

    http://boxrec.com/ratings.php?countr...us=A&SUBMIT=Go

It makes sense if you carefully consider the records of those other fighters.

I think The Ring and boxingscene should also drop him down next week.

I think he should be above Tony Thompson, but well it's just a computarized ranking, it's pretty normal that he was dropped to #7 spot...

I think Alexander dropped down in the rankings on Boxrec even though he "won" so i guess Haye deserved to drop down in the rankings as well.

              According to boxrec,

              5 Chambers
              6 Thompson
              7 Haye

Chambers-Haye could be a great fight between two very fast HW, with a great advantage for Haye because of his power, but Thompson?? N°6 in the world? It's not serious.
If Adamek lose against Vitali, Thompson will be n°5 at 39 yo?

For the first few rounds Tony Thompson Gave Wlad a decent match in comparison to many others.

personally 3 4 5 should be helenius, chagaev and maybe povetkin

arreola is just so so overrated like haye. who has arreola actually beaten, he's never beaten a top 15 boxer. only name is jameel mccline. get the hell out of here man. ppl here arreolla this areola that, he;s crap.

he picking off a few bums now tryin gto look impressive (although boxrec dosesnt give him points for fighting these bums lol)

if arreeola wants to pick regular fights, id rather he fight some top 25 boxers atleast, like mormeck, holyfield, toney, tony thompson, (regardless of their ages, they would give him bi tmore challenge then these bums on the streets)

True, thanks to his reach, but the fight took place in july 2008. He fought nobody since this fight. Now he is older and slower.
And even if he gave some problems to Wlad, he lost almost every rounds.
I think Chambers will have an easy night against him, will look like Chambers-Dimitrenko.
Anyway, Have is better than Thompson no doubt about it
