most historic weight class in boxing history

even though its not as popular today as before, if asked, the majority of fans and media will say that the most historic division in boxing is the heavyweight division. which one is second in you guys opinions???? i say the welterweight division.

i'd say it's a three way tie btw WW, MW and HW.

i can **** with this. middleweight is the one i think most will say is the second after heavyweight. i say welter is #1 overall but thats my opinion. especially since its been better over years then the other two.

Its been a great division over the years and is popping right now too. Mexicans have done great things at Featherweight. The Great Salvador Sanchez, El Terrible Morales, Barerra and JM Marquez to name a few. I still like the Welterweight division a little better though.
