  • Arthur Abraham: I'm just not a super middleweight. (I will fight Ward)

    Arthur Abraham Update

Former IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham told BILD that he’s just not a super middleweight. “The others are simply larger. I’m always the smallest,” he stated. King Arthur added that he will still be challenging Andre Ward for the WBA super middleweight title in the Super Six semi-final and will remain with trainer Uli Wegner.

Ward's just going to lay on top of him on the ropes. Certainly one of the strangest boxing strategies I've seen. Arthur won't have any leverage on his shots. It'll be like fighting a swamp monster.

Bika tried his hand at it against Ward and Ward didn't like it at all.

This is reminiscent of Ortiz after Maidana.

You just don't say sh%t like this.

                I know hes being honest.

Wasn't he killing himself to make 160? What the hell is he then?

He's in the I'm screwed boat. He's not big enough to do anything at 168 against anyone really good, but too big to make 160 without killing himself.
