"I will beat the Mexican piss out of you homey" In THAT context seems racist even if he is Mexican and a homie.

No, that is a poor choice of words at best; not racism. It's injecting racism where there is none.

If I'm in an argument with a black dude and I yell, "Sit your black ass down!" Is that racist? No; that's merely a statement of facts. Identifying somebody as their race is only taken as racism in these negative situations. It's not racism when identifying an individual running from the police. "A Mexican male was seen fleeing the scene and heading down Main Street."

They don't say, "This rather funny individual with a slightly tan complexion and possible Latino origins was seen heading down Main Street."

Even the simplest of words can be said in a racist manor. If a teacher says to a black school student "Sit down Blackie" What would you call that? A poor choice of words again?

Why use those words unless your trying to use it in a derogatory way.

          Feel me ni99a?

regardless of your opinion, its ****ing obvious that police lack the better judgment to be given certain type of responsibilities.

Yes this brings me to another point, as a police officer you are held to a higher standard and cannot say **** like that without the risk of controversy. We arent talking about 2 guys arguing on the city bus here.

                lol

Take that bull **** out of here. Yeah, police can't do anything because they all lack judgment. Last week my buddy was pulled over for a busted tail light; they panicked and shot him in the neck.

I agree that words can be said in a racist tone. But what he said was not. He all ready is yelling and in a semi-violent situation. No matter what he says, racial or not, will be taken as an insult. The fact that he chose those words means he'll be in an undeserved **** storm.

Also, "blackie" is always an insult; regardless of context. Mexican, is not.

Oh, so you're for charging a police with a crime he didn't commit... because he's a policeman?

Oh, you're a piece of **** then. I hope you get pulled over by a cop on a bad day so you can see some real fucking injustice when he shoves a nightstick up your ass.

You want to charge the 2 officers who kicked the suspect with something? Conduct unbecoming, assault, whatever that's fine; adding the racial aspect to it is bull **** and even you admit that.

Fuck the haters. I'll always root for the popo. Protect and serve bitches; just not the brown folks because they don't vote or contribute anyways.
