Former five time world champ Johnny Tapia is back in jail for failing a urine test. KOB TV in Albuquerque, N.M. broke the story this morning, reporting that Tapia returned to jail yesterday after his urine tested positive for cocaine. The urine test was part of his conditions for an early release in January into a community custody program rather than fulfill the length of a sentence for a probation violation.

Johnny has been through so much, he has had a really hard life, his book is very sad! he was the best super flyweight of all time! the guy was a legend and a great fighter in his prime
