With all of the attention Valero gets now due to this flashy record of 27-0(27ko), I am wondering if he is close to the record for being unbeaten with 100% of his wins ending in a stoppage of some kind?

So which fighter has gone unbeaten the longest all while winning all of his fights by ko?

Yeah, at 1st I though Wilfredo Gomez but his 1st fight ended in a points decision even though he won over 30 by ko after that.

This is an issue of debate if you count or don't count a no contest. Billy Foxx started with 43 KO's but some boxing sources have it between 36-40. Don Steele is 100% certified with 41 if you dont count an early no contest.

Thanks for the schooling, and I would consider Don Steele the winner because a NC means the fight ended with no definitive result in my book and neither could claim to be the better man thus the fight may as well not have even happened.

I think Wilfredo Gomez was 31 -0 -1 with 31 KOs before he fought Chava. The draw was his pro debut.

I don't know who but it reminded me of Nigel Benn who had 22 KO's before losing to Michael Watson.

Vaelro is flawed like Benn, but has heart and hits damn hard and is hungry.

He better step it up before his 30's where pain comes into it more.
