  • Problems with energy

I am quite an active person in very good shape, Runn 7+ miles a week, train 5 days a week but recently its like my body has crashed.
I have NO energy at all havent been boxing for near a week and they have just called my house to ask whats wrong.
I have been told all sorts of things from anaemia to weight fluctuation but I am not sure. I have a fight in October and if I cant train I wont perform so I need to get this sorted ASAP.
Any suggestions as to what may have happened or hints as how to revitalise

The best thing to do it is exactly what you are doing, take time off and relax. You're probably overtraining.

Make sure you stay hydrated and get a lot of sleep.

    Any changes is diet?

Is it just no desire to keep training [mental] or you just physically can't?

highly doubt its overtraining. 7miles a week is childs play. most that fight run 3-5+miles a day. even if you were in the gym for 3 hours a day you still couldnt overtrain. Whats your diet look like? sleeping habbits? any disorders?

Dont know what you do, but alot prolly has to do with your diet and sleeping habits.

It amounts to a couple of miles a day every other day then about 5/6 every friday with my gym but its down to 7 because I have been feeling like ****. I eat well nowhere near overweight (my pic is in my profile). I think it may be my sleeping pattern but someone tyold me to have a look at diabetes and anaemia as both are present in my family.

            I'll try Green K all

Dude, try eating loads of pasta with cheese and vegetables on top. That gives me loads of energy.

Yeah this could be your problem. I go to your doctor and tell him about it.

High Blood Sugar can make you feel like ****. But if your diet is in check you shouldn't have too much of a issue.

And again make sure you get enough sleep too.

                Hope it all works out
