yeah, just get in there and get rollin'. The only way that you will learn is to get in there and then get in there again. Your eyes, in time, will begin to pick things up. Your punches, in time, will just be delivered with out even thinking because of what your eyes picked up. And in time you MAY learn to relax in there. Be sure to pack your balls in your equipment bag, keep your hands high, get in there and do what you do, thats the only way to learn.............Rockin'

thats part of learning man, the only way youllo get it is to pack your balls again tomorrow and go back in.

dont just walk in, use jabs and especially feints. Feints can be a great tool once you learn to use them.

when a guy gets used to you always bum rushing him he will throw when you get to a certain distance away.

find that distance and work from just outside it. step in jab step back out. feint, let him throw and roll in hard. mix it up, dont just walk straight in everytime.

        And keep those hands up.............Rockin'

throwing punches on the inside, make sure your hands are up by your chin/jaw and fire those shots from your chin. This takes away the motion of arm punches and make the them sharper and more concise. all the while adding protection to your face because your gloves will always be there to deflect on coming punches. lots of head movement, and always turn the guy after you throw a combination or move to the out side

you're gonna need a trainer who knows how to hold some mitts. when throwing combinations on the inside try to think a step ahead of the other guy, set up body shots with head shots and read your opponents habits. if you're inside and your distance isn't right, step off the create space and fire.
