Finally some comments out of Denmark. Unfortunately not exactly good news although it's not a lot that's being said:

According to danish newsagency ritzau Mikkel Kessler's promotor Mogens Palle says:

"I'm surprised that an agreement evidently has been made behind my back. Other than that I have no comments, since everything is handled by lawyers now."

The latter part of the statement refers to the pending lawsuit between Mogens Palle and Mikkel Kessler regarding the lenght of their contract.

Mogens Palle is the worst scumbag in boxing for what he's doing to Kessler.

He seems to feel Mikkel is property he owns, like a slave.

Hmmm. I hope so. But Palle has a track record for hardballing disgruntled fighters, so I'm not optimistic at all. My worst fear is that Kessler's representative has promised that Palle wouldn't be a problem when everbody knows that he will fight untill the bitter end.
