I was going to start off with my neck, but waited and eventually started out with my chest. I'm glad as hell now I didn't get one on my neck. Just a small piece of advice man, start somewhere else and maybe get one on your neck down the road if you're still wantin', because maybe not now, but at some point in the future it might not be best to have a tattoo there (i.e. job interview). Like I said, you may not care now, and I didn't then either...But in the future...
