Bag weight.. help

I wasn't sure what weight heavy bag I should use for training on. I am around 5'8 130 pounds and was wondering what sort of weight bag I should train on.

I am just about the same build as you and I am wondering also.

Someone told me 70 or 80 LBs.

75 lb bag would work nice.
