He literally just got paid more than his promoter said he was worth. The market determined his promoter was severely undervaluing him. So much so they tried to get other companies to do the same....

History does show that. Tyson sold out the Toyko dome against a 40-1 underdog. Wasn't in his hometown or even his home country. When you're the face of the sport you are the attraction....

Is this the first time Canelo hasn't sold out?
There are tons of tickets remaining for this fight. They only had to sell 15k. That shouldn't be a problem for the biggest star in boxing....
