  • Sage advice from Davis. Tank is torturing and trolling Cryan even in victory. Davis is mostly the blame for that new back roll of his. Gervonta has ruined him. Now he is too afraid of getting hit and no longer believe in his ability to take a punch....

  • I think it would be for the better if Mayweather was to train Devin Haney. Haney's boxing IQ and acumen is limited because he has never boxed before; Neither as an amateur or as a professional.

  • However, don't you still have to blame his dad, trainer and coach for that? It was his job to prepare his son for that fight against Ryan Garcia?...

  • I congratulate Ryan Garcia on his victory. He had a very good game plan by the way and executed it superbly. However, there was something off about Devin though and I place all the blame on his father Bill. They knew that all Ryan had was that left hook and yet Devin still had trouble avoiding it all...

  • One can have a granite chin all they want but still can take a good asswhooping if they get hit too often. The key is to not get hit at all.

So therefiore, what Devin Haney really needs is a good defense. Especially an upper body defense. Where he moves his head so he won’t get hit...

  • How am I being biased man because I would like to see an even playing field? Is that what makes me bias?

It would have been as equally as bad had Haney done Garcia the same way. By forcing him to cut down to weight that he never had any intentions or plans of making himself.

  • One cannot count Devin out just yet. He lost to a very good fighter from another weight class. Just because Ryan Garcia defeated him doesn’t mean that Teofimo Lopez, Subriel Matias or Isaac Cruz can....

  • I totally agree. Some on here are holding Devin to an incredibly high standard. This just in. King Ry can fight.

Devin lost to a very good fighter that’s all. Ryan always had more natural ability than Devin Haney..

Boxing fans like myself only questioned his mental toughness...

  • Ryan didn’t have to fight Gervonta “Tank” Davis. It was the fight that he had chosen and had done so on all Tank’s terms and conditions

So please spare me the sob stories of Garcia being taken unfair advantage of; Because if he is going to continue to whine and bitch about the contract...

  • Ryan Garcia should have been randomly VADA drug tested prior to the Haney fight. Chances are he was probably juiced to the gills that night. That is the one area where Eddie Hearn as Devin Haney’s promoter dropped the ball....

  • Wont work! Only Devin can get to decide whether or not he wants to rematch Loma because he was the champion at the time. Therefore, he owes Loma nothing.

That fight was a mandatory bout that he did not get to decide whether or not to fight him. It was written in his contract to fight him....

  • You are insane or just trolling one. What Haney really needs to work on his defense. Especially his upper body defense.

Both his reaction time and reflexes were incredibly slower against Garcia. There is no way that Ryan Garcia’s big ass should have been able to touch him up...

  • The upside for this kid is tremendous. The sky is the limit for him at this point of his career.

There’s Matias, Cruz and Teo to just to name a few. Then there is always the rematch with Ryan Garcia.

One loss does not define an entire career. It wasn’t like he was...

  • As a boxing fan I would just love for Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia to run it back. It was a surprisingly entertaining, exciting and crowd pleasing fight....

  • Is Loma willing to move up to 140 to fight him? If the answer is no then Hell nah!

Haney won’t be running it back with Vasiliy Lomachenko at 135. He won’t be able to cut that much weight.

He was fighting on fumes the first time the two met in the ring....

  • LOL, Well at least Haney was brave enough to take his ass whooping like a man. Unlike, Ryan Garcia who laid down like a bitch and quit in his loss to Tank.

Why did he quit? It’s because he’s soft and feared taking an ass whupping. In addition, Devin accepted his loss and made...

  • David Benavidez shouldn’t even waste his time because it so obvious to the reasonable boxing fan that Canelo isn’t interested in fighting the ‘Mexican Monster’.

He doesn’t want that smoke from Benavidez because it’s very clear and he fears that he is...

  • How could it have been competitive when Ryan’s main objective was to cheat by coming in weighing three pounds over the weight limit.

That only detracts from his victory. Haney left that ring as a champion because he was forced to fight a welterweight.

    Not only that, it...
