  • It was weird seeing Dock not even warn Haney once in the 12 rounds about his excessive holding.

I thought when I saw Dock first rip Haney off of Garcia, he was going to immediately tell Haney not to do that. But no, just break, and fight. He did that a couple times, had to rip a badly hurt...

  • So then it did have a negative physical effect that affected Ry’s performance.

If you say it helped Tank that is....

  • But if it didn’t affect Ry, then why fight Mario Barrios at 140lbs with no weight stipulations and rehydration clause? Why do it for Ryan Garcia and not for Mario Barrios?...

I’m picking Bivol. But Bivol better watch the back of his head. Every Beterbiev fight, he seems to catch every fighter in the back of the head and fans reaction is always “well you can’t duck down and only give him the back of your head.” Like it makes the punch legal and as...

  • Ryan Garcia really wanted the fight, so Tank took advantage and asked for all these stipulations. And Ry was just desperate to get it done.

It’s like when you get your first big job interview and because the money is better than anything you’ve had before, you foolishly agree...

  • It didn’t look like he weighed much tbh. I mean just look at him. The amount of time you have matters. You also can get to a point where it’s hard to put the weight back on right away like that. It’s what happened to De La Hoya. He was unable to put on much weight which is why he only...

  • De La Hoya was even worse. He weighed 146 at the scales and 147lbs on fight night. That’s a 1lb rehydration. Garcia was allowed 10lb rehydration but still yeah, both were badly drained....

  • Like a true chump. Holding and hugging on for dear life. Sorry that’s not how champions fight.

No but seriously…thank you Shakur for sparing us from this boring jab festival.

  • You really don’t think fighting at 136lb with a 10lb rehydration clause had any negative physical effect on Ryan Garcia that affected his performance on fight night?...

  • Two Mexican warriors…come on man lol. As someone said, there’s probably gonna be no hugging. If there’s any close quarters action, it will be punching, not holding and hugging like Haney did.

Of course this fight will be fan friendly. Munguia isn’t going to lay down...

  • With the way he was getting away with hugging and holding on to Ryan like a little b/tch, maybe his homie Harvey Dock would’ve also allowed illegal blows to the back of the head....

    The same.

    Aaron Pryor was still small.

The fighters that give Haney trouble are still those with great handspeed.

Sorry but Aaron Pryor doesn’t get a phantom win over Devin Haney because Ryan Garcia beat him....

  • It wasn’t his team. His team advised him against those clause. He was the A-side but he was the one calling out Tank.

The agreements were all pushed by Ryan Garcia. Garcia said it himself, that his team was telling him don’t agree to those terms. DLH said it himself as well....

  • He did okay vs Tank. The stoppage wasn’t anything crazy like Santa Cruz or Romero.

Beating a weight drained fighter leaves more questions than answers. There’s a lot of questions now surrounding the Tank fight. Would Tank fight Ryan Garcia at a comfortable weight for Garcia...

  • Wow: Ryan Garcia's physique in the Haney fight vs his physique in the Tank fight

I said he was flabby last night and very filled in, but I forgot he looked this bad vs Tank. It makes sense 136lbs +rehydration clause. I'm not sure if Ryan Garcia would ever beat Tank even at 147 but it would be an interesting match at 147 with no clause. Another part of me is like, if you have to...
