Exactly. Beating somebody H2H doesn’t necessarily mean they are more skilled because there are many factors involved in a fight.

Jorge Linares is one of the most skilled fighters in the past twenty years yet he suffered losses by bums.

Ennis should jump all over this fight. Garcia wouldn’t have the size advantage here so he is toast. And it’s not like he can fall back on Boxing skills either. He got speed but Ennis is even quicker at that weight....

You reminded me of Toshiaki Nishioka too. Both were kind of late bloomers but certainly made their marks....
