I don't know how Ryan Garcia could possibly be ready for a big fight in a month, unless there's some elaborate ruse or mind games.
Spence, I don't think he could blame James for the loss to Crawford. I don't know what their gameplan was though.
A rematch would be a terrible...

He deserves some criticism for the Benavidez thing, but c'mon Tim Bradley, the guy did 'stand up' a number of times.
He fought Golovkin three times, won the trilogy, and took on Bivol, lost, but took a chance against the trickiest light heavyweight.

Now the boxers want a big fight in Saudi, not Vegas, because of the obvious ... more money.JeBron Lamez likes this.

That stare down photo made me think of Kareem Abdul Jabbar in Game of Death with Bruce Lee.
Fundora is so freakishly tall. He could really use his height and reach advantage well if he just boxed more instead of brawling on the inside.TookHerToThe0 likes this.

I didn't remember that Fenech returned and beat Nelson in a third fight.
That would be good to watch again, although their first fight was the best, as co-main event to Tyson-Ruddock II I think.JJ75JJ likes this.

Everyone would love to see them fight, but I wouldn't want to see a weight drained Benavidez version.
He's probably already settled in as a light heavyweight in the gym.

Correction, I see that silver medalist Roberto Cammarelle has hardly fought in the professional ranks, except for one fight I saw on boxrec.

Maybe this version of AJ could beat Usyk if they fought again.
Of course, one mustn't get too carried away with the devastating ko of Ngannou. Usyk is not Ngannou.
Joshua has done very well in his pro career. He's an Olympic gold medalist, although Teddy Atlas says he was...Willow The Wisp likes this.

Fundora is so tall, you'd think his body can fill out to light heavyweight.
But some guys just stay that thin or lean.
Win, lose or draw, Fundora brings it. He won't be on his bicycle much like Thurman would've been, with respect to Keith and all fighters.

It's curious that De La Hoya is commenting on Benavidez and Canelo and not hyping up Munguia that much.TonyRespectful likes this.

Pitbull should win.
I don't see how some people think Romero has the boxing skill to keep Cruz off him.

Good fights. So, Benavidez is really moving up to light heavyweight.
I think he'll beat up Gvozydyk, no doubt. It would be great to see him against Beterbiev and Bivol.
Actually not surprised that he moves up, because he's a very tall, big dude, who probably struggles to make...Last edited by Liondw; 03-21-2024, 07:09 AM.
