What a coincidence. I was just in the book store today and saw that book and flipped through it. It's not bad, it's a basic primer showing you exercises with weights, giving you pictures of how to perform them and then giving you some programs to try in terms of sets and reps. Interestingly enough, Ross Enamait, the author of Infinite Intensity, writes an introductory section.

That all said, I have Infinite Intensity and would recommend that much more. It's about double the cost but in the long run gives you a much more varied program and has 252 pages to sort through full of explanations about muscle types and creative ways work out. It gives you medicine ball training ideas, resistance band using ropes and chains work, and sandbag exercises. What's great too is it has many exercises for those who don't have access to equipment but have to rely on basic floorwork. I can't recommend it enough. The other book is a not bad reference to have or to add to a collection or if you only feel like spending $16.95, but if you have to choose I recommend II.
